the best option is to try a pregnancy test anyway! there are so many good ones these days. if its negative leave it a few weeks and try again. i had spotting with my 1st pregnancy. sore breasts is a positive sign but does not nessesarily mean you are pregnant. i hope you get the result that you want :-)
I would suggest you call your doctor and ask for a blood test. They are the most accurate. They can detect pregnancy 10 DPO. The spotting could be implantation bleeding. Good luck
your probably not prego sore breast come with periods to and if you allready have iregular periods then its harder to become pregnant its to soon to tell so wait like a week from now to test.

WOW!! 11 weeks, sounds like something else is going on unless you are farther along than you think, if in doubt get a test!!
