Answers Please, I have no clue what this could possibly be?
I was suppose to get my MP on December 16 or one of those days, I didn't get my period I am on prenatal-vitamins me and my husband did try the days I was ovulating on December 27-29 when I would urinate and wipe it was a really light pink color could I be pregnant? I have no symptoms I do feel sleepy allot or little pains here and there but not as bad as to say I'm pregnant, my stomach is a little bloated?
Could I possibly be pregnant?
What should I ask my Doctor?
I'm really nervous.

its a possibility... it could be a little early to tell, but if youre going to the doctor on thursday, just tell him how you are feeling and they will probaly test right then and there... good luck to you!
tell him exsactly what you just told us! ask him any questions you may have they get piad enough! ;)
My only signs were tiredness and spotting (implantation bleeding)... sounds like you could be... It will still be too early for your DR to be able to tell on a urine test... it takes about 2 weeks after ovulation to get a positive test. Good luck!
It really is early for a test, you will find out soon enough- your body will tellyou what it needs and what's going on.

You could be. Its kind of early for a regular pregnancy test although mine came back positive when I was about 3 weeks. Your Dr. can do a HCG blood serum screen to tell you for sure. Good luck!

They are all signs of pregnancy. You don't need to be throwing up to be pregnant, I know a lady that didn't know she was pregnant until 10 weeks into the pregnancy. Feeling tired, little pains (like cramps) and bloating are all signs and the small bleeding could have been implantation bleeding... Look it up on the net.
