Periods do strange things, I was once two months late and I wasn't pregnant. I was kinda getting mad cause I wanted to be so bad, but every test I did came back negative. I am pregnant now, 16 weeks along. But it could be stress, lack of exercise, or even the food your eating that's causing your delayed period. I know the first time my period was a week late I freaked out and bought like 15 tests, they were all negative, but it was nerve wrecking.

Well...your period can change, if your on birth control and forget to take a pill, it can mess you up. Stress is another one that can mess up your cycle. Believe me Ive been through this one more than once. I suggest asking the doctor about a possible tubal pregnancy. They will probably run a blood pregnancy test.
Stress can cause your period to be late. So can problems in your diet. I know it's going to be hard, but you should wait a few more days, or at least until you get that drs. appointment.
i had 5 false negatives with my last pregnancy. i went to the doctor after the 4th one to get something to re start my period so i could go back on the pill, he said he had to do a pregnancy test before he could give me the tablets, just as a formality and it came back positive.

i had 3 negatives then 5 positives lol i couldnt quite get my head around the fact that when i was 10 days late it showed up i was pregnant.
You could be pregnant if you are still late - but periods are funny things as well - stress can delay them as i found out last month!

Piss test say yes if your pregnant really pregnant meaning alot of hormones, a dr. will give you a blood test to let you know for sure whats going on.
i would say if your period does not come within the next week do another test
it could be worry of being pregnant i was neally two weeks late when i took a test it came bk negative so my mind relaxed then i came on but there still is a small chance of being preg
