this afternoon iv been gettting pains in my belly, nothing too bad just little shooting pains and aches every now and again, is this something i should be worried about, had scan 3 days ago and everything fine then. (dont want to call midewife again as iv seen to be calling her every 5 mins with some worry!!)

Sounds to me like ligament stretching, it's just your belly stretching out to make room for the baby. I am also pregnant with my first (25 weeks) and asked this same question about the same time. Completely normal. Good Luck and Congrats!
