The spotting could definitely be implantation bleeding which generally occurs 7 to 10 days after ovulation. I would try taking another test in 48 hours because if what you are experiencing is implantation bleeding then you should be able to get a positive test in 48 hours because the fetus starts producing pregnancy hormone as soon as it implants. It sounds to me like what you are experiencing is implantation bleeding, so Good Luck!!
I would say no, esp if the test was neg and your spotting, brown or red, doesnt matter

I would wait until sunday and take another test. If you still haven't started and you get a neg test 1. you might have Oed later then you thought or 2. the stress of you wanting you to be is making your period late. I had brown/pinkish around 1.5 weeks after I Oed with both of my kids. then about a week later I got positive tests. good luck!
i got a BIG FAT POSITIVE 12 days past ovulation. I used First responce early detection b/c they detect even the tiniest bit of the preg hormone. If you dont have it . GO GET ONE OR TWO! If in fact u are preg it will detect it. I am 5 weeks! Leave now and let me know! Good luck!
