It depends on when you ovulated. Cycles are different for everyone. When you have a regular 28 day cycle you usually ovulate on day 14, so therefore your chances of conception would be slim. But if you ovulate earlier or later than the average woman then you could have conceived.

The most accurate way to know what day to have sex would be to chart your basal body temperature. You get a special basal body thermometer (they're available in most drugstores) and take your temperature every morning before you even move out of bed. When your temperature rises (even if it's only .5 of a degree), then you've probably just ovulated. You can also buy ovulation predictor kits at the drugstore that test your urine to see if the hormone levels indicate ovulation within the next 24-48 hours.
