There is an herbal remedy called vitex, that is supposed to aid in that? also wild yams (you can google it) are said to increase the amount of eggs dropped during ovulation BUT if you consume them during the second half of your cycle they act as a contraceptive so do some research on that. Typically having fraternal twins is genetic on the mothers side...so if your mom or her mother had twins there is a better chance that you will... but identical twins are more of a freak of nature and can't really be "planned" Also women who get fertility shots seem to have a higher rate of multiple births?

If this is you first time, having multiple children can be diffcult. In addition, it's not too good for the babies either. Have one first =P If you want two+, talk to your doctor, there are methods of having one at a time, pausing growth, and then continuing, etc. but those aren't too good either. Just go for the natural way and eventually you might get it? =/
I thouhgt I was the only one lol lol lol...I also have always dreamed of having 2-3 at atime. Everyone says im crazy. I would look into a fertility clinic and find out if its right for you. You need to make sure your body can handle it.
