What is this?am bleeding and the blood is stick like cm,is it means am ovulating during bleeding?

please help me because i have never seen this,when i swipe is so sticky.

i have the same situation happen to me when i get my period. when i wipe i see sticky egg white consistancy mixed with my menstrual blood, i /m 23 me and my hubby have been trying to concieve with a cycle varying on 28-32 days so ovulation is pretty difficult to predict. i would also like to know what this means.
