yeah go now and get a test and pee on it. better than wondering. most tests now can pick up the hcg hormone in your urine at 1 day before af is due. don't be so discouraged yet, 11 days is pretty early. you have more self control than i ever did. i would start testing at 10 dpo and twice a day from there on. lol

Depends on your normal cycle. If you're really regular, test. If not, I'd wait a bit longer.
And, never hurts to test several times, it's not like the tests are that expensive anymore.
wait two days from the previous test date, have a test ready and take it using the first urine of the morning, usually it contains a higher level of the hormone that the test detects. If you get an unexpected result follow up with your gynocologist or doctor to see what else may be causing your symptoms
