Answer:
I had a tr done in 2002, I researched for 3 years prior! I own 3 tr groups on yahoo, If you are interested in joining please email me at Bobbicool30_98@yahoo. I have lists of doctors with prices and there are over 200 women that are in the group! They can tell you all about their experience and how they liked the doctors etc, we can also tell you who to steer clear from (yep there is some of those around too) you have to go with your gut and use who you feel is the best, there are many great doctors that aren't really all that expensive. I had health insurance that paid for it. Please email me and I will tell you more in depth! You could go to doctor perez in mexico for under 3,000 (he is one of the best in the country) or other doctors that cost up to 20,000 just depends on how much you can spend and where you want to go, anyways email me I will be happy to point you in the right direction
I had my tubes cut and burned after I had my 3rd child. About 3-4 years later I had a reversal tubal ligation. However, my doctor was only able to repair the right side because when I had my tubal ligation the doctor cut the other side to short and my doctor was not able to repair it and so I can only get pregnant every other month. Your doctor will not be able to tell you if he can even do the reversal until he gets inside you and sees what the previous doctor has done. It cost was about $6,000 and I had it done at the University of Michigan, I had a great doctor! But let me tell you about the pain after, I would rather give birth 100 times over with no medication and it took about a year and half before the pain was completely gone. I had a hard time picking up anything heavy for a long time. so if you have small children who need to be picked up wait.
Good Luck!
PS. I was able to go home the same day I had my surgery.
Well I am a nursing student and I am going into obgyn field so I know it costs thousands. It is not a high success rate for a reversal but possible. You need to think about it because it is a major surgery and very costly and most of the time it does not work. You also have a higher Chance of a tubal pregnancy than others so think long and hard if you want to do it.

You will have to have it done in the OR ( hospital)
