Ok I had this wet feeling so I went to the bathroom. Well I have a spot a lil bigger than a silver dollar, that was wet and creamy feeling but was clear. I am on clomid it was my second round, had sex this month when was ovulating. No signs of pregnancy but tiredness, and a bit more appitite. Anyways could this discharge be a sign of pregnancy, or just my period coming. My underwear where the spot was is pretty wet, and when wipping it was also slimmy on the toliet paper.

Yes it could. When women first get pregnant, they tend to have more wet cervical mucas. It IS a symptom. :-) Good luck if your trying!
