It could very well mean that you are pregnant. I have attached a great site that goes through the symptoms of "prego" - so that you can know. Also, they have some great new tests out there that tell you five days sooner if you are pregnant - available in the drug stores. In addition, I have added a great site for new mothers! If that was just spotting, and not a true AF? It's possible.
You very well COULD be pregnant (I hope so!), but if AF was on the 16th of January, you probably just ovulated recently, like the timeframe of January 28 through now.
So I'm afraid that your feeling ill is probably not due to being pregnant if AF started the 16th. The baby would not be making enough hcg for you to be feeling sick yet.
