take one in about two weeks, or until you miss your period. But i would wait long after you've missed your period. every time i think i am i get a test and of course its negative but i get my period the very next day (it's like clockwork)

I didn't notice anything till a week after I found out. I'm sure its different for everyone though. But saying that even though I really didn't have "symptoms" I knew I was pregnant. I could tell. I was thinking about it alot and I felt a little "off". If you think you are really think you are you might be. Wait till you find out for sure though to say that what you feel is from pregnancy. You might be dehydrated. I was really tried too though.
