I was wondering if anyone knows the normal length of time a period flow should last; or if there is a normal length? I have noticed that mine last a day or two longer than it use to. Although it is just light and spotting on these day or two, I was still a little concerned. I use to be pretty dried up by the end of the 4th day. Now I have light and spotting on the 5th and 6th day. Anyone else experiencing this? It could be a cycle change.

i have my period for 7-8 days so don't feel so bad. mine are always heavy the first 3 and really crampy. and then the rest its just a normal to light flow and usually the last 2-3 days i have brown spotting then its gone. i wish my periods are shorter then what they are but every woman's body is different. when i frist got my period it went from 3 day to 5 days to about 8 so its ok if your cycle has changed some its no big deal. and the spotting at the end it just old blood.
