I wouldn't trust the results of a test done 10 days before your period is due.
I've never heard of signs of implantation right after conception since it takes 5 to 6 days for the embryo to make its way to the uterus. But the surest implantation sign is spotting. But again that happens about 5 or 6 days after conception. You won't get a positive pregnancy test until you're about 3 1/2 weeks, so I would say relax, don't stress, and have fun still trying to conceive!

If you are pregnant, the embryo very very likely has not yet implanted, and if it has, there is not yet enough hcg in your urine to make a positive test. The second line you saw was most probably an evaporation line.
