Do some research online before you spend a bunch of money on a fertility specialist. There are a lot of techniqes and stratagies that you can try on your own. Also, speak to your regular doctor and get his/her thoughts on the matter, they can often be a great help. My wife and I were married six years and headed into our thirties before our first was born, now we have to little girls helping to destroy what little sanity was left!!! Don't lose hope and keep trying.

Dont be in a hurry. Nature will take its course. But if you want to watch for it, women usually ovulate about 10-12 days from the day they started their mensus. (They do not ovulate evey month either) Ovulation extends for up to a week and if you have intercourse during this time you going to conceive. Some of the signs of ovulation are, mucousy discharge, slight pain on the stomach, depending on whcih overy the egg is being released, nausea and more orgasam. Pay close attention to your body and you can time it easily.

are u having unprotected sex for 1 yr,if yes then try this.....if u have regular cycles,then from the first day of ur menses start counting backwards 14 days,that is the most fertile day.have sex for 10 days 5 days on each side of that date including the fertile day.it will increase the chances of getting pregnant.
