My husband and I are trying to have a baby and i currently am on lexapro and also take xanex (only as needed) for anxiety/panic attacks. Will those 2 meds prevent me from getting pregnant, or cause any problems?

No...But if you do conceive they will more than likely have you come off the xanax and have you try something OTC like benedryl to calm and relax your nerves.
