& what does conception mean and do you know when it happens. could my very light pink spot have been from that?

If it's a lite pink spot and you have had nothing since, I'd say it's from sex. Sometimes that happens. It's to quick to spot with ovulation right after sex. Check out these sites.
Never heard of that...it may have been just rough sex OR you irritated something...Conception you won't know WHEN it happens..but enjoy it when you find out...
It's just a very tiny amount of blood. Anything could have caused it; too much friction, etc. You don't necessarily have to feel pain to bleed a little during sex.
