i started bleeding (today is the third day) it was like a regular flow for two days then today it was a brown color mixed with cervical mucus...I am supposed to start my menstral cycle on the 21st december...could this be implantation bleeding or something else?

Sounds a bit heavy to be implantation. But it is around the right time. I think you'd better see a doctor if it is more than spotting and definately not your period. It may have just come early this month, whihc can also cause it to be lighter because there is less lining.
if its similar to your regular flow, you should see the Dr. ASAP. spotting is ok and is the sign of implantation in most cases.
