Do you your nipples always darken during the first stages of pregnancy?

My nipples never did darken.. I was bummed! Weird as it sounds, I alwasy thought that was a beautiful part of pregnancy, then I was terrified maybe I wouldnt be able to breastfeed. that went right out the window.. my girl was attatched to my breast for 18 months!!
Mine didn't begin to become noticeably darker until my second trimester, but everyone is different. It's normal

well...it doesn't happen to everyone...and it occurs in the late stages of pregnancy...Also different parts of your body may darken, like for example a brown line may form below your belly button running down to your pubic area...but don't worry, this will all go away gradually (it will take around 6-8 months to fade off)
Nope not true. Mine got darker this month I thought I was pregnant and so on and today I started. So the darkening of the nipples doesn't always mean pregnancy. So just wait it out until you miss your period and then take a test. Good luck to you
It neednot usually happen like that. But as the weeks pass by, it darkens and becomes comparatively bigger. Ofcourse, the size of breasts also increases. Sometimes, even a touch can also cause pain. It varies frm person to person.
