I really want to get pregnant, I had a ectopic pregnancy in Nov 2005 and that has placed a huge toll on my body and my emotional state. But I want to have a baby soon, are there any suggestions to how to get pregnant such as certain foods to eat? certain things to do? a certain way to think? Pls help me! Thanks for all your concerns!

getting the timing right is a good factor, buy some ovulation kits to know when you are ovulating. Dont overdo it though or stress about it too much, i had an ectopic and surgery 3x and went on to have 2 boys by just letting nature take its course
will the your doctor consider vetro insemination a lot of people I know had a reason for thier ectopic pregancy and never made because it happened again lost their tubes.
