Yes, honey, sore nipples are a sign of pregnancy. Most women seem to notice that their breasts are in general more tender than normal. It is almost an exaggeration of the way they feel just before you start your period. A lot of women will notice that it is no longer comfortable to sleep on their tummy, their breasts are too uncomfortable that way.
I would assume that you would be having other symptoms if you are pregnant also. You would be getting up at night to urinate and you would probably be very fatigued. These things do vary from one woman to another.
If you are pregnant you would only be about one month along.
It is quite possible that at this stage there is not enough HCG in your urine to cause a positive test.
If your last period was December 18th then, unless your cycle is very unsual, you should only be about one full week late. Still this is certainly late enough to do a pregnancy test. It is very possible that your hormone levels were just not high enough yet. Be sure to use your first morning urine for best results. If I were you I would try to buy one of the test kits that contain two units. That way if you do need to test again later, you are all set. They are only a few $$'s more.

Look at the color of the nipple are they getting darker? If they are, more than likely you are preg., try another test in a week. The hormone might not have appeared yet. Good luck.

hi, if your perios is late I would take another test take one in the morning for best resluts, My boobs dont feel or look any different so yours may not change yet you can still be pregnant. Just take another test to be sure. Good luck
