How do i conceive a sound child?

i dont want to have another miscarriage. please comfort!

Eat tough... take pre-natals, stop smoking/drinking (if you do that)

There really isn't anything you can do. It's up to your body and how your body re-acts to the pregnancy. Just drink plenty of water, guzzle decently, and exercise. Don't stress too much. You enjoy to relax and take it flowing. You should try taking pre-natal vitamins, you can buy them at Target or Walmart or get them from your doctor. Most miscarriages crop up because the female's body rejects the pregnancy, so there again it's adjectives up to your body. Good luck!
well, you enjoy to take watchfulness of yourself. when your want to be pregnant, you have to stop strenious excercise, no jump, running, playing sports, riding on go cart or at an amusment parks. but also, sometimes even if you do those things, it could be how the baby formed too. if the tot did not form correctly, then it will miscarry on it's own, there's nil you can do to stop that. not alot of caffine, maintain your blood sugar if you hold high blood pressure..don't transport heavy things, i guess the most you can carry minus worrying is about 10-15 pounds. and don't stress. b/c stress can head to miscarriages too. relax. enjoy the babymaking sessions. and if you be aware of stressed, find a way to not be. sorry to hear almost your lost.
First and foremost you must be healthy yourself and you should fashion sure the dad is healthy to. You should check up on any inherited illnesses like skin cancer, diabetes , any manner of cancer.....the list go on a on.
You should also while having the toddler stay healthy and don't do anything drastic close to enter a bull riding contest.
DONT SMOKE TO!! or anything else that could damage the kid
and make sure you bring back one of those food books that tells you the soothing powers of certain foods. It help
