Get your doctor to do a test, thats the only way you will know for sure. I take it you want a baby, so congrats if you are!!
see a doctor. obviously something is not right and the only person who can really tell you what is happening would be a doctor/gynecologist
i agree, go to the Doctor asap just to make sure everything is OK. It's better to be safe than sorry.
If you don't want to do that, wait a few days and try another test, negative results are sometimes wrong. (Positive results are generally right)

Its probably something else,pregnancy tests are very accurate these days.
You dont usually get cramp and stomach ache when your pregnant,so it has nothing to do with that
If I were you I'd leave it a few more days then do another test. You need 3 negative tests do be 100% not pregnant and 1 positive to be pregnant. If its still negative after a few days see your doctor or family planning clinic.
i think you are pregnant. being 5 days late is something. go do a test.
i am in the same boat as you are. I am 5 days past and i took 2 tests and nada. i Have also been feeling cramps every now and then but then i dont have any tender breast which i always do before i get my period. So thats weird. Well i am going to wait another week and see and then take another test.

At five days late so women do not produce enough pregnancy hormone to detect the pregnancy.also what time of day did you test? First morning urine is always best as it contains the highest levels of HCG.I tested a few days after my period was due...said negative so waited auntil i was 7 days late and tested again..twice (just to be sure) and both came back positive!! I hope you are (if thats what you want) and maybe just hold off testing for a few more days (easy for me to say) and test again...goodluck x
