Taking guiafessen to help concieve.?

i read that taking guiafessen may help to concieve because it will thin the cervical mucus..my question is.
how / when/ how long do you take it??

Answer:
Take the regular adult dosage 3x daily starting about 3 days prior to ovulation and stopping once ovulation occurs. Don't take it longer than 3-4 days, since it is a drug.

It works, but be prepared also for a possible runny nose and a feeling of chest congestion--the guafinessin loosens all your secretions, not just your cm.
I'm trying this right now. You take it 3x a day with a large glass of water to help wash it down. (2 tsp dose) Start about 5 days before ovualtion and continue until ovualtion. Make sure you drink about 10 6 oz glasses of water and take prenatal vitamins. You can also drink grapefruit juice to help produce more cervical mucus. Good luck.
