Is a cycle from the time you start until the next time you start?.?

Or is it from the day you ovulate until the time you start, just need that cleared up, thanks

Answer:
Your cycle begins on the day your period starts (day 1). You'll probably get your period around day 28 (day 1 of next cycle.) Here's an ovulation calculator which may make things even clearer.
yep!!!!!!!!!...
Usually doctors ask for the first day of your last period...so I would assume that would be considered the first day of your cycle.
The first day of your cycle is the first day of period. The end of your cycle is the first day of your next period, which is also the first day of your next cycle.
