Husband and I aren't trying, but aren't preventing either. We "babydance" about 5 or so times per week...
I just came off of the patch last month.
What do you guys think? Test now, or wait?

I would test now personally, but it may be too soon. What could it hurt to by a double pack of tests at the store? I usually by a double pack and then if it comes up negative I wait two weeks or so and try again, especially if I've missed two periods. As many times as you "babydance", I'd suspect theres a baby close by!

Tough call. Coming off the patch or any regular birth control can mess up your cycle and cause other symptoms. The seemingly enlarged feeling uterus is unlikely, I think. Too early for that. But you do seem to have some symptoms. The problem is that some of those symptoms are flu-like symptoms, some are PMS symptoms and some might be pregnancy symptoms. You should wait a couple days and then test.
Give yourself 2 or 3 days to see if you're actually late and then try.
WELL TO ME YOUR BODY HAS TO GOT BACK ON TRACK SO YOU CAN GET PREGNANT. I THINK YOU SHOULD WAIT A WEEK OR TWO TO TEST. I HAD A IUD FOR 2 YEARS ANA I HAVE BEEN TTC FOR 6 MONTHS . AND NOW I AM 6 DAYS LATE BUT MY BODY HAD TO GO BACK ON TRACK SO I CAN GOT PREGNANT AGAIN.

I'd wait for a week or two. The level of hormones this soon will sometimes fail to cause the line to show up. I wasted a lot of money on tests trying to test too soon with my last pregnancy. I was two weeks late when it showed up positive. Even then, it was VERY faint.
