Pregnancy question?

my husband and i decided we want another baby and i thought i was prenant anyway so my stepmom had told me to stop my birth control so i did and now 3 days later i am havin a period. is this normal? if so after my periods over when can we begin to try and concieve?

Answer:
yes it is common for you to get your period that fast.
you could try to concieve any time but I think you should wait for a bit
Go to the doctor and explain to him what you are trying and he may tell you to wait for a few months for the birth control chems to get out of your system. It is always best to contact your doctor with these types of questions
Hun, it can take up to a year for you to conceive once stopping birth control. Give your body time, more than likely it hasn't even recognized the change.
Your period will start if you quit the birth control in the middle of the pack and then can start again "on time".

Your cycle is going to be thrown off for a few months - sometimes it'll be right on time, other times it'll be late.

There are conflicting statements on birthcontrol and when you can conceive. I'll just tell you what my doctor said: give your body atleast 3 months to get your cycles back to normal. It's possible to get pregnant before then, but its easier to track ovulation when your cycles are regular again.

Good luck!
