stop trying so hard and relax. Putting stress under both of you is not going to make things better. Most couples get pregnant when they have given up. So just give it time, have fun, and don't concentrate on having a baby, concentrate on having fun. Because if it does happen, your days are numbered for that kind of privacy :) if you are really worried about it though, go to the store and buy a test that will help determine when she is ovulating, or go to the local OBGYN or even your doc. and talk about your concerns. There could be many things involved that would be looked at, like if your smokers, if your fit, sometimes being over weight can have a factor. More then likely though, you are just stressed. i would first make sure that u are using no protection. and then that u aer actually getting sperm inside of her. if that does not work try different postions. then see a docter. she may not be able to get pregnet because of her uterus
Aside from seeing a fertility doc, you could try having your wife lay on her back with a pillow under her hips for a half hour or so after sex. Worked for me :-)
Also, try adoption. Every couple I know who adopted because they couldn't seem to get pregnant ended up with a surprise pregnancy within a year of adopting.
She has to chart her fertility.
Google OPKs, charting BBT, fertile cervical mucus, and get her a checkup to make sure there's nothing wrong. Those methods will tell her when she's ovulating, which is when you want to have sex.
Also, make sure YOU'RE wearing boxers instead of briefs, not smoking or drinking, and not masturbating.
There can be many reasons for not getting pregnant. It could be the mans sperm count or something really wrong in the female. And a lot of people dont realize that a woman's body can be allergic to the mans sperm and her body will reject and fight the sperm as if it were a foreign object. Im not a doctor, so my advice is have the testing done or just put your faith in GOD and wait til he thinks the time is right. Good luck.
