I did that same exact thing last month and wasn't pregnant. Sorry... I was sure I was because I started having other symptoms too. I wondered if it could've been a pregnancy that didn't take.
It could go either way. you never know. BUT implantation cramping usually only lasts a couple of days although when some women become pregnant they have cramping for several weeks.
First of all it is very seldom that a woman will have implantation bleeding...go to babycenter.com and they will tell you that. So that is not the best way to calculate if you're preggo or not. As any of the baby site will tell you the one sure sign is a hpt or a blood test...and of course a missed period for a week or so.
Not to say what you may have experience was not implantation, but it is seldom as to how often woman get other symptoms or signs.
