Has anybody had fertility lit artificial insemination and did they get pregnant?

my friends wife did it took them 3 attempts (which is not always the case) and they're son is now nearly 1 so they are in the process again for a second
yes i had 2 and now i trying for my 3rd one if this one doesn't work we are going to try ivf which is a lot more money.

My sister had it and got pregnant first time.
Equally I know other people who have tried many many times and it hasn't been successful. It depends on what is causing the infertility.
