Try testing about 14 days after the day you think you concieved. Sounds like you might have eary signs.
Around 4-5 weeks...about when you would be starting you period, maybe a little sooner if it`s not your first baby...

I was using ovulation predictor tests so I know when I concieved, I took a test 7 days after conception that was positive. First response claims that 5 days before you expect a period but others work well too. Mine came from the dollar store.
I knew after just 2 weeks after conception.But I guess it varies from person to person.
