With the advice of my OB/GYN, I waited three months before trying to conceive. I also purchased (at Walmart I think for around $20) an ovulation kit. Good luck and remember to keep those hips up in the air!!
You are supposed to wait 3 months after stopping the pill to try to conceive making sure it is all out of your system!
My doctor said it was perfectly fine to start right away. I got pregnant within 2-3 days with both of my pregnancies. All 3 of my children are perfectly healthy. ( 1 girl & twin girls)
It really depends on your body. Some people it takes longer. Be patient and realize that God will give you a baby at the perfect time. Good Luck!
could take someone 3-6 months to get pg after going off a birth control but this also depends on the birth control you were on. i was on the shot for almost 2 years and went off of that and went on the patch for 6 months then it took me 3 months after i stopped using the patch to become pg.
They say as soon as you stop taking the bc pill you are more fertile, thats what happened to my friend, stopped taking the pill one week then the next she was pregnant. Everyone is different though, you cld stop taking the pill one day and then it cld take 3, 6 or 12mths for the bc pill hormones to get out of your system and start up a regular patten with your menstral cycle. If i was you i wld get off the pill about 6 mths before you want to conceive so then it gives your body enough time to get itself back in order and sort itself out, hopefully by then your body wld of started out a regular patten.

It normally takes 3-6 months to work itself out,But some people get pregnant right after stopping.
My advice would be to start trying 3 months after,but who knows,by then you might already be pregnant!
