Yes, intercourse can make your cervical mucous seem more moist than usual. I've personally found that the changes don't last more than a few hours.
If you are asking if you need to take that into account when interpreting, my answer is "yes."
If you are asking if the amount of moisture in there can affect ovulation, my answer is "no." Ovulation and cervical mucous (meaning mucous your body produces) are driven by your hormones, and are symptoms of the same thing, rather than causes for one another.

I'm pretty sure I answered your question earlier, and unfortunately having sex can change the secretions etc, sometimes making you think you could be due to ovulate.
