I have been a member since 6/2006 and have read some good answers concerning this horrible shot. I tried fertiaid or Ovulex I can't remember because it was a while back but no immediate results as far as making my periods come again. I had been without one since May 2005(from 6 month shots of depo provera) but with lots of prayers, vitamins, eating right I guess. The Lord heard and answered me last night with spotting at first and today with fresh red blood. Hooray!!!! Without a period I can't conceive right? Never thought I would be so glad to see my period. Let's me know don't ever take things for granted. I will never mess with my natural female body functions again unless it's life threatening, Amen. Thank You God and Jesus.

I'm so happy for you. I really wish doctors would talk more to patients about this. It truly is horrible. It took me 18 months after just one shot to get my periods back. I was told I could be infertile! There should defiantly be a recall.
