I think I am pregnant can anyone tell me?

Can anyone tell me what are some early signs of pregnancy & any signs of pregnancy at all? Thank you to all who answer my question!

Answer:
Nausea and a missed cycle are good indicators.
Every pregnancy is different... but one thing is, is that you won't have your period... and if you take a pregnancy test.. it will be positive results
Well, are you unusually fat all of a sudden?
Not every woman has signs or symptoms. Some common ones may be a missed period but that's not always definite, very tender/sore breast, dizziness, nausea, severe heartburn, sensitivity to smells/odors/certain foods. Etc. A pregnancy test will show positive around 3 weeks/ and a blood test .
morning sickness, though it doesnt always happen in the morning, and you dont always get sick, you sometimes just feel really sick. if you do feel sick, eat some saltine crackers before you get out of bed...it really works. your breast might also feel sore. very tired for no reason, this is because your body is working so hard. better sense of smell, certain smells might start to bother you and make you feel sick. you could also start craving certain foods. and of course, a missed period!
I got pregnant when I was a senior in high school and really had no idea. My boobs started hurting sooooooo bad. I had thought I had a period. But when i found out I was pregnant at 9 weeks, the Dr. said it was more than likely stuff that leaks when your egg is being fertilized. I was just very tired and had no energy and got a kidney infection. I hope I have helped.
Missed period, more than a week late. Breast tenderness, nausea, fatigue are all good indicators.
the best thing for you 2 day is take a test, because in pregnancy u can get cramping as though u are comming into your cycle so its hard to tell, tendor swolling breasts or nipples, fatigue were u are less energetic during the early weeks of pregnancy your body is working hard to produce more blood to carry nutrience to the baby, can b slight bleeding, vomitting, headaches, urinating more, mood swings, dizziness and these are just a few take a test hun good luck
Either book in to see a doctor and take a pregnancy test there. Or buy a pregnancy test from the chemist.
Not everyone shows signs straight away. Some people dont get morning sickness at all. I think it's meant to be a hormonal thing or an instinct thing, where even though you're unsure you just know.
"Common early pregnancy symptoms can mimic PMS, but with subtle differences. Some women notice some or all of the following: abdominal cramping, increased vaginal discharge, a stuffy nose, lightheadedness, mood swings, increased urination, tender breasts, or nausea. Symptoms can range from light to severe and some women have no symptoms whatsoever. "
Early pregnancy tests are available that dont require you to wait until you miss a period.
But you can not have any of those before the little bump starts to appear
A MISSED PERIOD! IF YOU HAVEN'T MISSED IT YET. DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT. TAKE A TEST IF AND WHEN YOU DO MISS YOUR PERIOD.
