My fiance and I can orgasm at the same time! Is it better for one of us to go first or the same time when trying to concieve?

Apparently it does make a difference, if you oragasm at the same time, as the women contracts it helps the sperm along its way, put a pillow under your bottom after the event, do not go for a wee straight after sex, do it loads, have fun and good luck !!

The same time will get the most benefit because as he is ejaculating, your cervix is contracting and expanding allowing the body to help draw the semen into the uterus and toward the egg. i agree with the person who said that it does matter in fact. all the other answers are wrong. i read an article online saying that when u orgasm with your partner or right after him it helps the sperm to get where it has to get. it dont mean that you wont get pregnant if you dont but if you do it helps so goodluck and keep doin that :)
