Is it possible to get pregnant soon after getting off the patch?

I had a miscarriage in July 06' and got on the shot right after, I only did one cycle (3mon.) and then changed to the patch. I feel that I have overcomed my loss and would like to get pregnant. Is it possible to get preg. soon after getting off the birth control?

Answer:
After someone is off BC, you have a 90% to conceive within a year. But since you've only been on BC for 6 months, chances are you'll conceive within 3-6 months. Good luck!
I have been off the patch for 16 months now and I have not been able to get pregnant. My OB_GYN did some test and she find out I have PCOS even though I am very regular on my cycles. If you already had a miscarriage check with your doctor before you get pregnant. The best advice I've had so far is to be very patient; the more you want a baby the less chances you have to conceive, Good luck
