I don't think there is any surefire way to concieve quickly, although I got pregnant when I stopped worrying about getting pregnant. It took the stress away and within weeks I was pregnant.
The fastest way to get PG is to know exactly when you are ovulating and have sex on the few days leading up to ovulation and the day of ovulation. How do you know when you ovulate? It usually happens in the middle of your cycle but the day differs from woman to woman... if your cervical mucus is clear, abundant, and stringy like egg-whites, you may or may not feel a cramping in your side (ovary), your breasts may be fuller and you may have more libido. don't have sex everyday, only about 2 or 3 times a week, this allows his sperm to build up and when he cums in u lay there about 30 minutes or so letting the sperm travel up before u start moving around and it starts to run out of u. find out the days u are ovulating, they make a device that tells u this, it goes by your body temperature. good luck!!
