I had taken medicines after i knew its possitive as i missed a period and test it a week after..?

what would i do to prevent it if ever i tested again ans see it possitive pls help this shouldnt continue the fact that i had taken a lot to avoid it. cortal, cytotec, methergine.. would really affect so it shouldnt continue, know what else could i take? tanks a lot
