What Happened?

I was on the pill for about a month, then we decided that we'd try. i thought i was, then i started 3 days early. so how long does i take coming off the pill to get pregnant? and is it true that some have there first period regular, before they find out there pregant? and if so how many out there has this happened to?

Answer:
Here are my best answers for you...first of all, it can take awhile for your periods to become regular after coming off of the pill. I've heard it can take up to a year, depending on how long you've been on it. So to hear that you got your period three days early does not surprise me at all. Even if you have just light bleeding, it is probably still your period, although it is true that few women do still get their periods while pregnant. I can tell you from my own experience.with my first I went off the pill, had a VERY light and short period a few days later. Then my husband and I tried and we conceived right away. With my second, I went off the pill, had three periods that were pretty off the wall (and I am usually VERY regular) and then I conceived. I hope that helps a little bit, and best of luck to you! =)
its gonna be hard
Depends on the person, some people get pregnant while they're still on the pill; so it depends. You'll never know until you get pregnant. But they usually say 2-3 months
i was on the pill for 6 years straight.. stop taking them all of a sudden to get pregnant.. 4 weeks later I was prego. It just depends on your body and how you react to coming off of the pill. Some ppl are very fertile like myself, and others it takes a couple of months of trying. Unless your period is irregular or something is different then I would wonder or not.
you can fall pregnant straight away after getting off the pill.some women have a period for the first month but it is not a regular period it is normally just heavy spotting...this happened to me with my second pregnancy.
It depends on the woman and how long they took the pill. Why did you only take the pill for one month, that really isn't very long to make an informed decision.
I don't think it should take long for you to conceive as long as everything else is on order.
When we were planning I stopped the pill, quit smoking, quit drinking, started prenatal vitamins, and ate healthier. We started trying about 2 months after that routine was going, and I got pregnant within 2 cycles. The timing varies for everyone but now is a great chance for you to make sure you are a very healthy mom to be! There is no need to be worried at this point.
You can have your period and be pregnant, but the whole pill thing depends on how long you have been on the pill before just stopping it, and trying to get pregnant.I had my period for over a month before finding out I was pregnant, but I was still taking the pill. My daughter is alright, and was healthy, but definately consult your OB/GYN on you trying to concieve while on the pill, and just stopping it. Hope this helps!
well with me it took 1-2 months to get a normal period but be very careful because you could pop up pregnant soon, it is not his sperm, it is your homones and body getting back to where it used to be before the pills, if you are trying to get pregnant give ya body some time to get that medicine from the pill out of ya system
