I am TTC. My LMP was 11/09. I am now 3 days late for my period (normal cycles, usually come a few days early). This month before my period was late I noticed that I have had increasing CM (discharge) and my nipples/breasts have been SO sore and my aeriolas seem to be expanding. All the other symptoms too (excess saliva, tired, breaking out, smelling everything,etc) I have been having dream after dream that I am pregnant as well as a feeling that I am. I took a HPT yesterday and it was Neg. (13 dpo) I went this am to get bloodwork done at my Dr's but I won't know the results for a week. This afternoon I went to the ladies room and noticed that I started bleeding (lie the start of a cycle, it seems to be mainly brown/dark blood mainly when I wipe . I also have a terrible lower back ache, no cramps though. Could I be miscarrying, pregnant, none of the above? I know to get to the Dr's but I am hoping some ladies have been through something similiar or can give me some sound advice.

You seem to be having the tell tale signs of pregnancy.
I remember when I was pregnant (initially) I had the excess saliva, breaking out and sore breasts (I couldn't wait to get home from work just so that I could take my bra off).
The bleeding could be implentation bleeding.
I don't want to upset you, but on the other hand it may be a miscarriage.
Is there anyway you can ring your doctor and ask for the blood test to be done as urgent.
I remember a few months back when we were TTC and I started cramping, etc the doctor took the bloods in the morning and because he could see I was upset got them rushed through and I received a call back from him that evening.
Also, when a woman wants so much to be pregnant our minds can actually turn on us somewhat and give off the signals of pregnancy (this has also happened to me) even though we are not.
I do hope you find a resolution soon.
But I would ring your doctor and ask if he could try and push the blood test along.
