I want to have children but both my tubes have been removed. how do i get invetro without paying to much?

I've had 2 tubular preg. and both errupted in my tubes. i have everything to make a baby just no tubes for the eggs to go thru. how can i go about finding a doctor that will take tricare prime. where i dont have to pay too much.

However, once a TRICARE beneficiary becomes pregnant—whether by natural or artificial means—the pre- and post-natal services connected with that pregnancy are covered by TRICARE.
