Every pregnancy is different. If your breast aren't sore then consider yourself lucky. Mine were sore when I was pregnant. I think early signs besides a missed period are sore breast, having to pee a lot and being sleepy. I was lucky not to have morning sickness, but lots of people have that as an early sign too.
