Yay I love these questions! 18 high temps is almost as good as a home pregnancy test. However your temp can stay up right until the day of your period. Usually it will go down 14-16 days after ovulation:) Depending on you luteal phase.

If you have been doing the temp recording you should know when yours drops.
You mean post ovulation? After you ovulate, you start producing progesterone, which elevates your body temp. When you start creating estrogen (during the follicular phase- before ovulation) then your temp is generally lower. You will usually see a temp rise right after you ovulate, which is what divides the luteal and follicular phases. Also, you cannot tell if you're pregnant simply by your BBT.
