Hello there! Well, the first step is, is to not try so hard. Number one thing to do is relax your mind. Eat healthy, excercise and don't stress yourself out. Also, dont make it a project...in other words dont "do it" because its the time you think you are ovulating, let your body take over...your body will know when the time is right.
