Go see your doctor right away but as for the streaching feeling yes it is normal at least I felt it with my son and I am feeling it now with my second pregnancy (16 weeks) as for your urine turning foggy yellow try drinking more water that will help and yes I think that is normal as well but since I am not a doctor I wouldn't put off going to see a doctor and asking them these questions just incase. It is better safe then sorry you know.

First of all, get to the doctor! That is the person you should be asking these questions to. I don't know how far along you are, but a doctor should be involved.

I felt a different kind of feeling in the pit of my stomach... almost like there was a small rock sitting there, or as if I had just done 100 sit ups.

how far along are u? u havent seen a doctor yet?? i really hope that u arent too far along. good prenatal care is essential for u and the health of ur unborn child.. if i were u i would seriously consider seeing a doctor right away. some cramping can be normal but you will never know the cause unless u ask a healthcare professional.
Yes, I felt the same way with my oldest daughter. It is possibly,especially if your thin and fit, be the muscles in your stomach starting to stretch. You need to find a good Ob. to run the necessary blood work and tests and begin your pre-natal care. Good luck and Congrats!

u probably have a uti urianary tract in fection u really need to go to the doctor u my also be losing protien in your urian these bothcould really hurt you and the baby
