I'm having cramps and I'm still one week from my period. What could this mean?

We are trying to get pregnant, but I just went off of a low dose birth control last month.

Answer:
Cramps could mean anything. Some women can feel when they are ovulating, so it could be that. It has been described in several situations that they (women) experience cramps, one week before. You could also be pregnant, or pms.
hate to burst your bubble little momma to be, but you are probably ovulating. It generally takes a good 6 months to get pregers after you've been off the pill
my worst cramps usually occur about a week before mine...so it sounds normal to me.
it could be that your period is about to start these are syptoms i have when my period is about to start usually two weeks before
