If I was in your shoes I would go buy a pregnancy test. You should look for the ones that give you early results before you even miss your period. You can even find them at the dollar stores now. There pretty inexpensive.

i would go see your Dr. If you are pregnant but bleeding Especially with cramping, you could be having a miscarriage. Break through bleeding is normal in pregnancy, but you shouldnt be cramping with it. Did your period come back after that one day?
It is plausible. You should get a test. I was 12 weeks late before I bit the bullet and took a test, just to verify that I wasn't (having been really late in the past). Apparently I was wrong. Found out two weeks ago that I am pregnant.
Also, I recommend the tests that tell you, pregnant or not pregnant. My test was a faint positive, so I had to go to my OBGYN to verify.
