Can sperm make a pregnancy test show up positive?

We had sex this morning, than I took a pregnancy test afterwords w/ my first morning pee. The test showed up positive. If his sperm where to somehow have dripped on the test stick w/ my urine, could it have made the test be positive if I'm not pregnant?

Answer:
No.. hpt will only measure HCG and sperm doesn't have any of that. It is a hormone in women that is produced when the body is pregnant.
NOPE! The only way sperm can cause a positive pregnancy test is if there was an egg that joined with it. If you had a pregnancy test that came up positive then you actually got pregnant more like 10-15 days ago, not the same day you took the test. Congrats!
